Brandon and I have always loved homes with clean lines, an open layout, and something we could transform to be a better fit for us. We looked at 2 houses and knew that this was the one. It has so much potential and the minute the offer was accepted, we began transforming the layout. The biggest hurdle was in the back of the house where the stairs are located, so we made the decision to move them! Here are the before and after plans:
