Seeking designer to sub-lease space in a dreamy, east LA working studio and retail location. The space is currently occupied by Fairly Modern Studio – an interior design studio that also produces a small batch candle line. It is fully furnished and includes:
Your own desk and chair
Your own workspace and storage
Shelf (or rack) space for your retail (yes, we are zoned for commercial!)
A small, relaxing interior lounge area to meet with clients AND
Outdoor space (both private and a larger communal area on the property)
Private parking (optional +$100), but plenty of non-metered street parking available.
